TRT, ED Treatment & Hormone Optimization
Confidential virtual consultations for testosterone therapy, ED treatment, and hormone optimization, from home in Fort Myers. In-person visits on Sanibel only when medically necessary.
A Better Approach to Men’s Health
Finding a dedicated men’s health provider who listens and takes a data-driven approach shouldn't be difficult. At Coastal Healthcare, we move beyond the "sick care" model. We focus on total health optimization, longevity, and improving your daily performance.
Whether you need a routine men’s annual physical, a wellness visit, or a consultation for fatigue, our clinic offers a private, efficient environment for your care. As a cash-pay men’s health clinic, we bypass insurance restrictions to provide the thorough testing and time you actually need.
Your Step-by-Step Process
We serve as your primary destination for men's wellness, coordinating everything from routine labs to specialized therapies.
-
Schedule through OptiMantra or call (239) 428-0833.
Choose a telehealth appointment for your initial men's health discussion.
-
During your first virtual visit, Kirsten Lamb, NP, reviews your symptoms: fatigue, low energy, decreased libido, ED concerns, brain fog, or unexplained weight gain. This conversation happens from your phone or computer, with no waiting room and no one overhearing. For ED patients in particular, this privacy makes the first conversation easier.
-
After your virtual consultation, you will visit our clinic at 2330 Palm Ridge Rd., Suite 5, Sanibel, for a physical exam and a comprehensive lab panel.
This includes total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, PSA, CBC, and a full metabolic panel – the complete picture needed for an accurate diagnosis.
-
Four to six weeks after your lab draw, you meet with Kirsten via telehealth to review results, discuss your personalized treatment protocol, and begin therapy. If TRT is indicated, injection training may require one in-person visit.
-
Follow-up check-ins happen every 3–6 months, with most visits conducted via telehealth.
Periodic in-person labs (typically every 6–12 months) ensure your levels remain optimized and safe.

What Is Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Who Needs It?
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a medically supervised treatment that restores testosterone levels in men with clinically low testosterone, a condition affecting an estimated 30–40% of men over age 45 according to the American Urological Association.
Symptoms include persistent fatigue, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, low libido, brain fog, and depressed mood.
Who This Service Is For
You may be a candidate for men's health telehealth at Coastal Healthcare if you're experiencing:
Chronic fatigue and low energy that does not improve with sleep or lifestyle changes
Decreased muscle mass or unexplained weight gain despite regular exercise
Low libido or erectile dysfunction affecting quality of life and relationships
Brain fog and difficulty concentrating that interferes with work or daily function
Mood changes, including irritability, anxiety, or depressed mood, without a clear cause
Not sure if you qualify?
What Sets This Program Apart from High-Volume Platforms
Many high-volume online TRT platforms prescribe based on limited data. Coastal Healthcare takes a more comprehensive approach:
Full lab analysis – Not just total testosterone, but SHBG, estradiol, PSA, and metabolic markers
Provider-led care – You work directly with Kirsten Lamb, NP, at every visit
Personalized protocols – Treatment is adjusted based on labs and symptom response
Structured monitoring – Ongoing follow-up ensures safety and long-term results
This is individualized, provider-led hormone optimization, not a one-size-fits-all prescribing model.

Most men notice initial improvements in energy and mood within 3–4 weeks of starting TRT. Libido and sexual function improvements typically appear by weeks 6–8. Full body composition changes, including increased muscle mass and reduced body fat, develop over 3–6 months with consistent treatment and follow-up lab monitoring.
-
Coastal Healthcare orders a comprehensive panel: total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, PSA, CBC, and a complete metabolic panel. This goes beyond the single total testosterone value that many clinics use. A full panel ensures accurate diagnosis and safe, effective treatment.
-
Yes. ED evaluation, medication management, and treatment planning are all handled through telehealth visits. Kirsten Lamb, NP, takes a hormone-optimization approach to ED, addressing underlying hormonal imbalances rather than prescribing medication alone. The initial conversation takes place in the privacy of your home.
-
Online TRT clinics typically prescribe based on a questionnaire and a single lab value. Coastal Healthcare orders comprehensive hormone and metabolic panels, performs a physical exam, and creates an individualized protocol managed by the same provider, Kirsten Lamb, NP, at every visit. You receive ongoing, personalized monitoring instead of a one-size-fits-all prescription.
-
Yes. All consultations are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform with encrypted video. There is no waiting room, and no one will see you arrive for a men's health appointment. This privacy is especially important for ED patients. Your visit details are protected by the same standards as an in-person appointment.
-
TRT can temporarily reduce sperm production. If you are planning to have children, discuss this with Kirsten Lamb, NP, before starting treatment. She can recommend alternative approaches or adjunct therapies that support testosterone levels while preserving fertility. This is one reason comprehensive lab panels and provider-led care matter.
-
No. Coastal Healthcare is a cash-pay practice. No referral, no pre-authorization, and no insurance billing required. You can book directly through OptiMantra or call (239) 428-0833. Cash-pay pricing means no surprise bills and no delays waiting for insurance approval.
